Arts & Culture: Art Instructor Ms. Wilhelmina Grant provides older adults creative art-making experiences using found objects.
Case Assistance: We provide assistance to our clients with benefits, entitlements, applications, recertifications as well as referring them to other agencies that will be able to offer assistance.
Computer Lab Room: The computer room is available to older adults to practice their new skills.
Dance: Dance Instructor Mr. Walter Perez provides a fun twist to dancing & exercising with Latin Music.
Exercise/Evidence-based Sail: Designed to help older adults prevent and/or manage chronic diseases, adopt healthier lifestyles, and improve their health status.
Farmers Market Coupons: Annual distribution.
Health Management: Older adults are provided with a variety of health topics to help them understand and deal with any health issues they are going through. Older adults are also informed of current health issues and alerts.
Holidays & Birthday Celebrations: We celebrate with musical entertainment.
Lectures: Provided in person & virtually twice a week.
Table Games: Older adults gather and play a variety of games such as checkers, card games, chess, etc.
Tablet/Computer: Computer Instructor Mr. Felix Tircio teaches older adults the basics of using a Tablet to meet their growing need to become more technologically adept.
Trips: Includes shopping, museums, theaters & Farmers’ Markets.
Virtual Arts & Culture: Various videos via YouTube on virtual Art Galleries & virtual Museum tours.
Virtual health promotional, educational, and recreational classes: Held daily via Zoom.
Virtual Exercise: Provided by VNSNY Choice, there are four different classes held daily via Zoom.

Subway: Take the C train to West 163rd Street. Exit toward West 161st Street and Amsterdam Ave. Walk two blocks toward West 159th Street.
Bus: Manhattan #1: stops at the corner of West 159th Street and Amsterdam Avenue.
